Assistance with fitment issues =/

I'm looking at the XXR 527 18x8.75 Matte Bronze 5-100/5-114.3 [+35mm] Tires will probably be 235/40. Im just here clarifying before i buy them that i won't have any issues with them fitting. I don't mind a LITTE poke but nothing serious. Im also stock height but i plan on dropping 2 inches next week. So any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
