ARP Rod bolt

What is the socket size I don't have a 12 point socket set have to buy them individually. I have searched a lot of the forums and only see threads about head studs not rod bolts thanks.

Just for your info if you need it- ARP for stock rods will use 13mm or 1/2" 6 point socket...the 1/2" fits better. I have a spare set I just busted open and checked the size

The machine shop had to take some material from the rod caps on my 7-bolt rods when I had ARP rod bolts installed in order to get a socket to fit.

That's strange. I have a new set of SCAT 6 bolt rods with 3/8" ARP rod bolts in them and a 12mm socket definitely fits.
