I have the evo 3 big 16g. And the car already has a 255 and afpr I have a set of 650s for it all i need is to come up with the money for link and ill be set. I installed an aem uego and autometer boost guage yesterday put tires on it today. I wont worry about the boost creep when i get link ill just run 20psi and be done. Thats what its creeping up to right now like 18 to 20

I think I've made up my mind. With the Talon being so close to finished, I think it's time to actually get rid of this Expedition. Anyone need a good 4x4?

So I got a 1g laser Awd it's all there but it's taken apart I think I want to build it into a bad ass car just don't know where to start anyone got ideas or wanna help?

Got the engine to the machine shop today. Went a little over budget at the place but getting my head redone, decked block, polished crank, 85.5 bore, hot vat everything, balance the rotating assembly, install the bse bearings, and new freeze plugs. Bad thing is i got to wait about a month . Gives me more time to get the talon ready for the new Moter.

Good luck. With the build. I just plan on making mine around 270whp. Thats what im shooting for anyway. I figure its feasable with the 650s and link. 20psi should put me close with a good tune. Then itll be tint wheels and fix the ac .

You'll want more....they always want more I wanted 12's I got there fairly easy. Now I'm aiming for 11's(1/4 wise) Sounds like a plan though. They're super fun cars and can be made quick for cheap. Sounds like you have everything so you shouldn't have much of a problem.

I hope to be hitting that mark when i get everything done. Not going bigger injectors or anything yet but I will have a good built engine to improve on by the time I get to that point. I do have some bolt on stuff that will help me hit the 270 mark. If I had just a little more cash I could easily hit the 300 mark. If I hadn't got screwed on the 14b turbo I would put it on. I actually got half my money back on it and get to keep it. I'm going to salvage what I can from it and sell it off. It does have a good compressor housing and hot side. Maybe I can get 70 bucks for that and the waste gate. I would like to go Holset in the future for a turbo upgrade.

Or, a trade. You need your AC FIxxed? Luke has all of his AC stuff in his red car. I know it worked. Even last Friday it held pressure when he took his engine out. Or if you just need a can of stop leak and some freon, let me know.

Yeah my a/c did work in the gst before i pulled the motor. So i know it has a good compressor and a good condensor on it. I would be willing to trade all a/c stuff for a 14b turbo if it is a 14b in good condition. I wish I could put the video thats on my phone on here so yall could see how bad the shaft play was on the 14b that I got. Maybe I can. I'll see what I can do. My number is-Five-01-230-9551. Shoot me a text if interested I'll put that a/c stuff in the truck and I can swing by and let you check it out either saturday or sunday. The condensor is still in my car but I do have the compressor, compressor belt pulley and a good gates a/c belt that has about 25000 miles on it in my hand. Just let me know what you need and we might work something out.

Im just looking to sell either turbo the 14b has no shaft play at all.
the evo3 I havent pulled yet to look at. If anyone has a good t25 in good shape
I may consider a trade plus cash for the 14b. Im considering putting a smaller turbo on to
kill boost creep till I can afford to get link.

Mhmm. I can deal with the LT. They're durable. It's the fact that it's pretty much a stock 6 speed that sold me. Going to have to replace the AC lines as they are both leaking, but that's about all. Otherwise I'm going to be there, bored. Haha.

Compressor and t-25 trade for you 16g? You get the compressor put on, il pull vacuum and charge it (you supply or buy the freon)

Yes Indeedy. I think I'll find an LS1, harness, ecu, etc and once I have it all compiled, Drive the Talon for a week while I drop that in and have me an LS1 6 speed.
