Now to add a GST/GSX/TSI to your garage so I'm not lonely around here.

On a side note, it was nice to hear that Arkansas (atleast NWA) got a little rain last night...unfortunately that was when all of my car parts were delivered and my wife left them out in the rain because she doesn't use the front door..... here's to praying that everything was packaged nicely and shrink wrapped...

If it's any consolation - it's going to rust eventually anyway.

Yeah, had an old exhaust laying around. It don't sound THAT bad

Going to start tearing the gst apart soon. If the block can be saved im going to bore it. .20 or .30 over and find a 4g64 crank and go from there. Automatic? Yes i kinda like building boost sitting still. Any thoughts on a stroker?

97 GST, huh? What color? If it's a DSM, I know of it. I was the guy running around town in the 38PSI Green Eagle Talon a while back. I went through them like hotcakes until I finally found the one I fell in love with and it's currently sitting in my carport undergoing a heart transplant.

Yeah but that's when it idled terribly. And before I replaced the TB.
Make sure all the vacuum lines are capped. I know I needed to recap them.

Dark green with a black door I primed it black I think I've seen yours before wondering why a turbo dsm taking it easy n not letting the turbo spool. I let mine spool anytime I could loved the sound I wana turbo the one I have now but just debating on the cost if it's worth it. Can't seem to find a decent turbo dsm I like

When I got rid of it guy took it paints it two tone black n white

Sadly no. It wasn't -my- vehicle that had the problem. It was a friends' vehicle that was having the issue. If I recall correctly, it was a relay on the firewall that was preventing spark and fuel.

This time get zip lock bags to put bolts in and write on the bag where they went. Since this is going to be a long project better to keep track of all the bolts.

Ok so I'm looking into 2 talon tsi's ones an awd thats almost a runner. The other is the parts car. The awd is in need of an engine which will come from the front wheel drive. The guy wants 800 for the pair. Good deal? The awd is in decent cond. just doesn't run and needs minor interior work.

What's wrong with the one in it?

Its been chewed up. The compressor wheel is gone and probably needs to be re balance if i decides to even use it. . I am going to use my evo 3 compressor on it instead and have it machine.

Im going to convert it to 16g.(its just going to be temporary until i get a hold of 20g compressor wheel

but i need to rebuild it before i use it. Its blown right now and shaft plays.

Yeah I already got the bags ready. Might start saturday. Also I want to get a hold of that one guy in searcy with the black talon. See if he wants to trade my body kit for his OEM talon bumpers .

Might paint the rest 2 tone silver and black.
