Who's all going or hoping to go to the shootout by the way? Just want to get a head count if I do. I've met a few more locals (alot of 1g guys). One has like a shop full of parts mostly stock OEM parts for 1g's. If anyone's needing anything I can always ask/look and see what he has.

I'm down just need a date, time, and a place.

Yeah no kidding 779 miles and a 13 hr trip. I know I won't be able to make it in the eclipse but maybe if I get my flight benefits started I could fly down for the weekend. Being that its the weekend before my birthday I should call it my birthday present to myself.

New battery, new starter. Now It turns over. But very slowly. I have checked the PS pump and ALT.they are not locked up. Replaced the MPI.

Sometimes it will just click repeatedly causing my RPM gauge to jump.

Aye. -exhale- No sweat. I can deal. Just going to locate a shortblock for now and work on the 2.3 in the background.

So, if anyone knows where a running condition 7 bolt is where they'll part with the block for a good price, let me know.

I think I still have the stock block that came out of that car somewhere around here. But it needs machine work and a good cleaning

I found a 6 bolt longblock from a good friend for 300 with all of the accessories needed for a swap so I'm going that route. Might as well. Gonna bolt the 2g head on and call it a day.

Now to make $300. Lol. Anyone need any help with anything for a few bucks? Hah.

Most are ALWAYS working to support their horrible habbit (dsm's)! haha Nah There isn't many of us around this area, so we stay close nit, I'll pm you my number though man. I'll ask where my buddy got his block done at. I know it was in this area, I just didn't think to ask.

I've heard of a place in little rock all the LS guys use. I'll get you some names and numbers.
