If you want to skip on recircing that BOV - Install a GM Maf and zero it out. ;) Better flow, better readings, and allows Venting. Also eliminates that damn intake snorkel.
 
Thanks, that's something I didn't do. Pulling the manifold isn't hard. Its just a pain in the dick, BUT this will likely fix me idle prblem and nutless eratic behavior. Thank god I have a spare gasket.
 
Yup, I was apprised how ready out was and how fast paypal responds to emails

Paypal is generally good about things like that.

I was sticking the bit of parts in the car yesterday and sat there staring at it thinking. " Man.. a few hundred bucks and a weekend and you'd be back on the road...." Just give her the attention she needs. ;)

Haha. You'll have to keep me updated on it. Just know that the Talon is going to have a crapload of work done to it and will be headed to the Shootout.

Sorry guys I haven' been on here lately. The new job has been working me. Today was the first day that I got to come home at a decent time and who do I run across....well actually he ran across me and my slow 60mph ass. Freakin bobby!!! I thought he was flagging me down at first to tell me something was wrong or hanging from my car. Then he wants a race. So I woke ole red up :p. I will admit that i didn't know who this guy was at first till the text message. The rest of the way home I'm trying to figure out who do I know that drives a truck like that. LOL . I'm down for another meet. HMMM the last meet was on a 28th. So I guess from now on all others will be as well? Sounds good to me. I haven't been to Indian head in forever. I hope there will be more than 2 dsm's there this time. At least 3.LOL Good to see another guy on the forums. Welcome.

Yeah the truck didn't stand a chance. Next time will be the 2g....

My wife saw a brand new SS camaro pull up to a evo and try to race. I was actually on the phone with her when it happened. I could hear the camaro get on it and she said. That car just out ran the camaro. LOL.
 
Evos' are nothing to be afraid of. :p

If I can make it I certainly will. I might even have ole' Greenbeans' Talon together by then and can drive it over.

We'll just continue making meet and greets and slowly people will flock. We've already woken this thread up, for sure.
 
I'll advertise to more local sites with some decent dsm's/evo's. I'm sure I can grab a few more people for it. It'd be nice to have a local site just devoted directly to it, besides a sub-forum :p I'm pretty excited for it though, hopefully I can show y'all the capabilities of e-85 by then ;)
