From what I was reading idle should be .67v which is where it is, and for a bad o2 since I have a wideband I'm gonna install should I just put it into the rear o2 spot and lock the rear voltage or weld a new bung on

I have an aem located in stock rear o2 spot. Comparing to my old cars front o2 location, the rear has a longer delay. Which I don't like.

Would moving the upstream to the o2 housing be a bad idea? I know it'll burn a wideband up really quick

Bobby's gst (was my cousins, now my friend's) has it mounted in the stock front o2 location and still going. Been about a year and a half, maybe longer. Mine still works in my old car.

To put it the front o2 spot don't you have to wire the front o2 into the wideband? Therefore eliminating the need of an extra bung for a wideband

My wideband had an o2 with it. Just pull the stock one out and replace with your wideband one. I think you can wire your wideband into the ecu wires to use the regular one. I've never done it before so don't get me lying.

Stand alone widebands have their own sensors I believe.

Link has an option to -simulate- a narrowband signal and thus all it does is provide a switching signal for the ECU to read off of. You tune around that. If you replace your front 02 with your wideband, you'll be using a Simulated 02 signal activated via link. It is -very- iffy and very rarely works properly for an extended amount of time.

If you can, weld a new bung for your wideband.

It's the same thing. It becomes a simulated reading.

Some people have success with it. Some don't. I personally just.prefer to have a legitimate 02 sensor in place.

I also find that the rear 02 bung works great for a wideband sensor location
Just remove the rear 02, install your wideband, and disable the CEL for the rear 02 check via link.

Reads slooow in that spot, unless it's just the wideband. Like 2 second delay. I tried speeding it up in a ecutuning tutorial for the aem wideband. Didn't fix it noticeably.

I already have to cut off my front o2 bung and get a new one welded on or just get a new one welded on abd leave the old one in. Mine is seized inside of the bung

Just got two 12" kicker comp subwoofers, with 1000w sony xplod amplifier. Been hooking up the capacitor so I don't blow my alternator out.

Nice. I got a couple of cheap 12s with 800w. It's alright, didn't pay for it so it's perfect . Also pulled 2 alpine X model 5" speakers, x model tweeters and two brand new crossovers out of a truck. Fo free
