Yeah, it's been a few months. Relationship is taking alot of my time up, and my car has been...umm constant headache and money pit lately. Gas mileage is about 17 miles per gallon. And I can't figure out why

Not sure yet, I might swap over the engine and trans but it just needs a head gasket and to be put back together... although, the guy took it all apart just to remove the head. . . Not sure why.

Tyler is wanting to trade his Si hatch for it cause I need a daily driver BUT I fear I'll start to like it more and more while I work on it...

OH DSM, HOW I LOVE TO HATE YOU!
 
I won't knock a Honda if dome right, but they are ugly as sin :)

Speaking of Mpg. 10$ fill up after 100miles :) my average is 35. And that's frogging it a little. Need to shoot for high 50s. But I really like sport mode :)
 
Not knocking the Honda, I was talking about the 2g sitting in my yard... The honda is all stock and hella clean but when I start working on the 2g I fear I'll start to like it enough I wont want to sale or trade it. Kinda how the 1g started out..

on a side note I think i've hit a new high on how many people have "seen my car" on craigslist, LOL.. Just to clean this up so if anyone else on here says it... Yes, I bought the white 1g on there, It was used as parts a good eight months ago. My poor dsm, everyone thinks its a slut, it's been seen around everywhere. HAHAHA

You guys should have towed that damn 2g away with Tyler's civic... Went to walk inside and seen the back of it... Just thought "DAMN, That's a nice ass!"

You can tell tyler that LOL ive got my own 2g ass sitting in a garage and shes not putting out LOL but ive thrown around the idea of selling the short block of the current motor to fund the 2.4 even more.

You wanna sale the head and all that fun stuff of that other engine you got sitting there so I don't have to piece this one together? It would make my life so much easier, still have no clue why that guy took it all apart just for the head gasket.

Well the 95 head isnt exactly together but are you talking about my shit block or the one in the car?
 
Either or, It'll be a few weeks to get some funds back in the bank after the parts I ordered for the 1g and picking up this one but simple is best, sir. I'd rather save the time then get this one pieced together and who knows what's missing, you seen the "bolt" cups in the back.

Haha you gotta love those "bolt cups". When I bought mine, the engine/trans was half unbolted because the previous owner was trying to get the trans out and said it was stuck LOL. Anyways I had a half gallon of milk filled to the top of bolts and crap. :ohdamn:

P.S. Theres a Red 2g GST or GSX right next to my house. Some new people moved in and I guess thats their whip. Might have to go stop by and see whats up.
 
Hey, anyone near searcy have dsmlink? Got link but no software or cable from the previous owner...LOL and anyone have a good site or source for control arms?
 
Pulled the ecu on the 2g, thank god it's eprom. Started pulling apart the bucket/cup of bolts, pictures soon to come. other than a few rust spots that I've seen this one is pretty damn clean.
