Another thing to add to the list of fun goodies, as soon as i'm off work, I'll finish up the paypal payment to one of our fine members here on a CoP setup. uhm, how sexy it will be.

I think i'll have to rewire the one i'm getting cause it's for a 2g (if anyone knows something about that, throwing me a link would be awesome, on my tablet right now at work. It doesn't like the search option.) it should be simple enough but the sex appeal, sirs. everyone needs one.

Brought her home yesterday. Thing is a beast. Puts out a solid 55 ftlbs torque at 2krpm up to 65 and 115 factory rated whp.

I could ride to work with the front end up.

I'm very picky about bikes but that's sexy, sir.

Looking somewhere else for the CoP now... Just messaged the guy and because I crashed after work and didn't text him back in like two hours, he sold to someone else. Just seems kinda shaddy.

Got the walbro 255hp in and still running way to lean at WOT. But, I found a little fuel leak at the fuel rail. So small that I seen it drip once. Of course I'm going to fix it, about to fix that in like 5 minutes(waiting for fuel pressure to drop). But would you think it would make it lean to like 17 on my afr?! As soon as I seen it lean out I let out of course, like 2 psi.

It's best to think of the fuel leak like a boost leak, they're pressurized systems.... you should be a costant 42psi (or something like that, someone will correct if wrong) when you boost the pressure should rise 1:1 so at 2psi boost you'll be at like 44psi on the fuel, if it leaks and doesn't hold to that, you'll lean out due to the higher demand.

I understand. I HATE braided lines... I have a thousand tiny stab holes in my fingers and hands. I have to go to the part store and get heavy duty hoses. I broke a fitting and I have to hose clamp in on it. Also have to put a new O ring in the fitting to fuel rail. The old one is shot. I hate having to listen to that walbro wine and I can't even really use it! Tired, exhausted, getting some sleep. I'll update tomorrow!

Get earl pro braided nylon hose I think it looksbetter and holds just as well too, and bends better.

anyone have issues doing a front hub... everyone ive asked around here has been able to unbolt the hub and it comes off. I got mine unbolted and it wont budge... I just gave it some blaster gonna let it sit over night. has anyone had to press the hub out the knuckle...? putting my depowered rack in tomorrow afternoon too so that means all my new tie rod ends will be installed as well. does anyone recommend using the inner tie rod end boots? mine are beat to hell and my depowered rack dosent have any...

Get some new bolts, if they're beat all to hell, you don't really want that on there and new oem is always better.

When I installed my trans mine came right out but a good number of years back I had one stick on me. Didn't have to use a press but a bigass rubber hammer with about five hit and it was out. If that doesn't work and or you don't have said rubber hammer or a press, use a nice block of wood and hammer the shit out of it with a 2lb or whatever you have around.

Fuel leak fuel leak fuel leak... Took forever to fix it. Fixed one, another popped up... But it's fixed now. Finally running 15 psi and 10.5-11.2 afr. Feels so good! I have no brain cells left LOL. Also I adjusted my fuel pump assembly correctly and have correct fuel levels on my gauge.

Very nice, sir.

So now I get the notorious boost creep from my 3" exhaust. Dammit. . .:banghead:

hitting fuel cut? port out your wastegate should help with that issue. Its the reason i'm running external with my 3''.

Thats odd, it's either A: it's bolted in and it comes right out. Or B: there are no bolts.

You may need to put the heat to it just a little.

Alright guys, My turn to throw a video up. There are two things, well three but we'll get into it.

1) running stupid rich on idle How to tune out? Nothing i've tried has worked, any ideas?

2) open spark coming from the TB? (could be wrong, haven't really gone into it) anything that I can't think of that could be detrimental?

3) sounds like lifters but i'll throw it up there anyway (goes away out of idle)
