Yeah thanks. I gotta go to pick n pull and find a new throttle cable cause im in the process of getting rid of it and a egr delete too. getting the head machined if I have to and replacing all the bent valves i found and debating on having the head port matched to the 1g manifold i have. And possibly working on a new turbo set up due to too much play in the turbine on the stock one if anybody knows any spare turbos lying around. But one of my friends off here is helping me with a vacume delete. Have a fun boost happy easter!

Well last night I finally got to hear the Talon live. I have an oil leak around the filter housing and a vacuum leak around my lower injector seals  but it sounds good especially since the down pipe isn't connected to the exhaust. I worked on it dilligenlty and can at least say I've heard it start. I forgot to install my MBC so I had a boost leak from the licp and didn't have my waste gate hooked up :nono: but it still would run but not idle. Had to keep feathering it and located the lower seals with a shot of carb cleaner but you could hear it sucking air from that area. I'm going to hold off on it till this weekend but I should have it all lined out by sunday and take her for as test drive :hellyeah:
There is no smoke from the exhaust, knocks in the engine, or rattles. We only bumped the throttle to about 5k at the max but it revs smooth and quick. Started right up with all lights, and accesories working. I did have to do the old jumper wire technique to bypass the neutral safety switch of the old auto shifter since I did the auto-manual swap.

I was holding off on selling my t-25 because I was unsure of how my 14b was going to perform. Now that I know the 14b is good I am willing to part with it. It has very minimal shaft play for a turbo with 140k miles on it. It never smoked and boosted perfect all the way up to the day when I pulled my motor from my gst. I hit 15lbs of boost with this right at 3200 rpm and hold good all the way up to about 5900 -6000 range then drops off but it is a t-25. 75$ takes it home or I would be willing to trade a hard uicp for it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, not having your NBC hooked up or your wastegate means nothing is keeping your turbos boost from going crazy? If I remembr right from the tales of the white devil.

Don't do that a whole lot, glad your getting it worked out luke.

Need to start on mine, soon.......
