it's shooting spark and it's getting fuel just nothing

we tried a different ecu also

Need more info to diagnose. I know more about Nissans than I do DSMs and Hondas. When was the last time the car ran? Did it stall out? You just swapped in a new engine and it wont start?

Verify if the distributor is actually working. Pull it off engine and spin with your hand. Do you hear the injectors firing? Has the plastic timing chains guides eaten up? If so It might have jumped time. Compression check?

Sounds like me with the DSM. Is the engine flooded?
 
it had chain noise ever since we got it. the car ran freeway till I let someone barrow it cause he blew up his powersteering pump in his truck. he brought it back and said it just needed gas so me and my other buddy jumped in it to try and go put gas in it and it started great idled fine soon as we went to go anywhere it just felt kinda sluggishto me then it died and now all it does is crank. I still need to pull the rail to see if the injectors are firing and its got spark.
 
when it first food it I pulled the rail feed line and it shot a couple feet in the air and over some too and the filter is right next to the rail

judging by the exhaust note I don't think compression is the issue just thinking it jumped time gonna fiddle with it this weekend.

Too low for my taste. I would rather sacrifice the a little handling for the abilty to take speed bumps better in a risky situation.;)
 
1 : Someone come help put this damn Auto trans in.

2 : This weather is annoying. I wanted to have the lifters back in the Talon by now.

Anybody interested in a 95 awd Talon? Not sure of the miles but I know it needs a head or at least valves. When the guy first bought it it had a blown head gasket or a cracked head. It was blowing coolant out of the radiator. I advised that he remove the head and have it checked for cracks. He didn't..... I also found after he removed the timing belt that he replace it and the auto tensioner. I gave him my old tensioner from when I did the timing belt on mine. It was still good. His you could push down with your finger. So he replaces it and the belt and slaps on a new head gasket. He tries to time the car and can't do it. He called me to help. When I got there I asked if he tried to start it before I got there and of course he did. So I told him then that there was a possibility that the valves were bent. So I timed it and guess what. Still a no start. I told him the valves were probably bad then. That was back in September of last year. I tried to buy the car then. That's right after Ole red had been side swiped and totaled out. I offered him 1200 for it then. He turned me down :nono: . Today I get a text saying he has bent valves and wants to sell. Aftermarket parts wise it has a licp for a side mount and fixing to have a stock uicp with a 1g bov. I just traded him that and cash for his uicp. It has a catback exhaust. Not sure of the brand. It had a downpipe but I also traded him a stock DP and some cash for it. It has a few other things here and there, good interior, boost gauge and i want to say wideband but i could be wrong on that one. He's going to get me some picks of it . If yall are interested let me know and I can send you picks or give you his number. He wants to sell it as a whole. 800 bucks and that could be negotiable.

so cabot2g are you saying if I buy em we gonna 12 pack it and slap em on at your place?..... or is that for sure a 30 pack job.
