ARE YOU USING A PALM M-100 & MMCd?

am new at this and I have to do a reset in the back of the palm with a pin in the reset hole to get the mitsu log to appear. BUT I can't get the program to appear. i tap the logo and nothing. I did have 3 pages of available info to log before I lost it and did the reset. Can anyone help?

Well i have a M100 and MMCD and if you have the batteries out for a long period of time, maybe even a minute or more, i dont really know how long, it will reset and lose it and you will have to re install it. But i wouldnt thing you have to push the button on the back of the palm, all i do when it says i need to reset is just pop out a battery real fast and then pt it back in and its fine and dandy.
