Are aftermarket stainless valves worth it for my planned 2.4 build up? Aren't the mits stainless and cheaper? And wouldnt the aftermarket stainless valves be even worse if you had valves hitting pistons. It seems the factory one in a sense are more of a fuse and mabye save the pistons when they hit each other by bending more .Also the stainless aftermarket are pricey but the factories aren't that cheap either.
I would be going for standard size not oversize.

get in touch with this guy for cheap stainless valves and guides he had a post on ebay but could not find it! and on a 2.4 well worth the 1mm over.

If you don't want to spend the money for aftermarket stainless valves, a good combination are the factory intake valves with EVO sodium filled valves. They're similar price and provide better heat transfer on the hot side. Machv has them new at http://www.machv.com/evosofiexva.html .. Slowboy sells stainless valves for around $250 a set, depending on which you go with. Standart mitsu valves are about $100 a set from slowboy.
