Are N/T cams same as Turbo?

I am going to be going to Delta Cams in Tacoma to get regrinds and I can get non turbo cams at the JY...is there a difference between those and turbo? Should i wait and find turbo cams to be reground? Tearing my car apart to get those cams isnt an option right now

It's said that the duration is the same but the overlap is slightly different. I've seen it here on tuners somewhere.

i believe turbo cams make power in the higher rpm's.

yes there a bit different, ive used n/t and turbo on my engines.

Since I am getting a regrind from Delta does it matter if I use non turbo cams? I heard they grind off of HKS 272s....so would it really matter?
