I'm going to get one of the two, but i don't know which one to get.....i haven't seen any post or thread that compares the two. Which is the better AFC?

There are pretty much the same thing the S-AFC II is the newer model. The S-AFC II can read knock and has more adjustable rpm points to tune at. Other than that there the same.

The knock readings on our car from the S-AFC II are not accurate, so do not use that as a deciding factor, you won't be using it.

AFC-II is prettier, more expensive. It has more points to tune from, however, but the points on both units are linearly interpolated. Those making adjustments on the extra points on the AFC-II shouldn't be making wild adjustments from the neighboring points anyway, so the AFC-I will suffice to tune with.
Short version: go with whatever's cheaper, they both do the same thing.
