Ok I have a 1996 eclipse gs-t. I bought the car and it had some front end damage, radiator, bumper, hood and headlights. I fixed all that, and started the car to test it out. It fuel cuts pretty bad so I parked it. the car has a new garrett t 28 turbo(not Chinese) apexi neo tuner, greddy bov, denso 560cc injectors, short throw shifter, exedy stage 2 clutch, carbon fiber hood and 18" rims stock exhaust manifold with 3" pipe all the way back. I was told the car had different internals but I doubt that. Anyways I believe it is the apexi neo that is the problem, because it won’t let me do anything. It acts like it is in demo mode or something it runs through all the screens and then restarts. I can do anything to it. Any suggestions? dsmlink v3 maybe?

Also a guy has a whole 1999 gsx same color as my car, he said for front and rear bumper side skirts and rear hatch 300$ would they assemble and look good on my car?

Other info would be nice, how much boost are you running, have you done a boostleak test. Plugs and wires. Is the bov circulated? Fuel pump info, rewired? Size? AFPR? The neo imo. is junk for our cars, I would go for link lite and yeah the 99 bumpers, etc. would bolt right up. People swap them out all the time. Its a very popular cosmetic change.

You will need 2Gb headlights to go with the bumper, otherwise you'll have a gap between the headlights and bumper. And of course 2Gb fog lights if you want to retain those as well.

the plugs are ngk and the plug wires are stock. i dont know how much boost is running, when i drove the car it fuel cut when i tried giving it a decent amount of gas. So i parked the car. i haven't done a boost leak check, i will do that. the bov is circulated. I don't know anything about the fuel pump. Is there an easy way to find out all the information about the fuel pump? thanks for the help, and i will do a boost leak check and post the results.

my neo is an older one and doesn't have the karman update.

Ok, first I would check what spawnedx is gonna tell ya, are you sure its fuel cut? What exactly does it do? If it was me I would check the condition of the plugs and wires, although probably not it. Do a search on here about the fuel pump and rewire. In my opinion its either a problem with your neo or a boostlea... Start with the neo though so you don't go on a wild goose chase.

APEX'i will update your Neo for you free of charge, you just have to pay to ship to them. Contact them to get the form you need to fill out and shipping information. They usually throw in some goodies too. I got a lanyard, t-shirt and some decals as well as they were kind enough to put a new uncut harness on it.

Get the information from their website. Until you have that fixed you will not be able to resolve your problem.
