Anyone using this ebay fuel pressure regulator?

I want to buy this fpr but i want to know if anyone is using this and what they think about it.

I asked 2 people and they are using it and had no complaints. I know the one I got I needed a 7mm barb to -6an fitting you can get from STM or another vendor for the return line as the stock line is too small for the push lock one supplied. Aeromotive sells one too. I have yet to start my car as I am not getting spark right this second but the fuel pressure is correct on the gauge.

I've had it for about a year, no problems. The only thing is you'll still need a couple of fittings and fuel line. Part doesn't come with a fuel return line either. You only get exactly what you see in the picture.
