Anyone use this data logging tool?

Logging through OBDII sucks. You'll only see 10-20 data samples per second TOPS.

With a 97, you can use Evoscan with one of several cables. I was reading about 120-140 samples per second because it uses the MUTII protocol instead of OBDII.

I thought you couldnt use Evoscan with a 97 because only the 98-99 used MUTII....if it is true then im in luck.

My friend is using evoscan on his 1999 Eclipse and says it's worth the money. I have DSMlink and pocketlogger already, so I don't need it. To the OP, get evoscan over the OBDII reader you linked us to in this thread. You can also check out pocketlogger or ebay occasionally has sellers that sell 2g dataloggers for less than $100.
