So you probably already saw my turn signal problem, at this point I'm going to take this from the start.

I need a diagram of the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side, when I bought my talon it didn't have the cap, so I don't know what fuses i'm missing/need.

Second, is there anything in the turn signal circuit that I should check first?, I have 3 turn signal housings (the part that goes on the steering wheel column) none of those make a difference, I've replaced the plug on the hazard switch end in the dash. I've tried 3 different wiring harnesses that go behind the dash....

My hazards DO work, so is there anything I might be missing? some relays? anything?

Maybe I should check for voltage in the turn signal switch? where should I check for voltage?

Anyways, just to recap...

all 4 of my turn signals DO NOT work. but my Hazards DO work..

Thanks!

(at this point I'll take ANY suggestions)

Thank you!
helps a bunch.

Ok. So I am 100% sure that my fuses are good also.

So I've replaced, fuse, hazard switch, hazard plug on back of switch, wiring harness in dash, turn signal switch on steering column.

and my 4ways do work.

But still no turn signal.. :(

usually if the emergency flashers work, but the turn signal doesn't, it is the turn signal flasher (the thing that makes the tic toc noise). They work off separate flashers (emergency/turn). If the Emergency flashers work, that means the electrical circuit is complete all the way to the bulbs, so you can eliminate that.
