As title states I wanted to get info on the differances between rs and s type bovs ? I know one has inlet and oulet and other doesnt but where does the second hose go and why ????

If I'm thinking about the same "second hose" as you, then I believe it's used to relieve pressure even faster. IIRC, I also believe that the RS has a larger opening. Just run a search and you'll find many results as this has been discussed before.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

Here is a thread in regards to the second nipple.
