I'm looking into getting the tein basic coilover kit. I was wondering if anyone has them and if they like them? I'm asking because i don't want to spend close to $700 on a sh^tty suspension. Thanks for the help in advance! :thumb:

i dont have them but i have sold a couple of sets, i havent heard any complaints, but like anything the more you lower the car the crapier the ride is going to get.

as far as the price, if you think about it, thats about what you would spend if you got a set of tokiko illuminas, and some good springs. ends up being about the same price. the difference is , the teins are rebuildable, i pretty sure the basics are, i know the tein ss and the tein flex's are anyway, i have the flex's. you get what you pay for and teins are well worth what ever kit you buy, form the basics($700) to the flexs($1400)

my advice, get them, but if you want to slam your car and still have a good ride, go one step higher and get the tein superstreets, they are 16 way adjustable damper control, so you can adjust the ride comfort. :thumb:

i really just want a set of decent coilovers for a good price. I have heard nothing but good so far and i just want to fill in some wheel gap not slam it.
