hey guys, so i looked at my car and the front nut for the coolant is just plain missing... idk if its the one for the line or if its just a plug but coolant just POORS out of the turbo if someone had a detailed pic of the turbo in or out of the car it would be a HUGE help cause the line above it is hooked up but i cant remember if its an oil line or a coolant line and its raining LOL. thanks in advance guys ttyl

yes, it is a coolant line.. its the coolant return, the top is the oil feed.its supposed to have a banjo bolt in it.

not the one on top of the turbo, there are 2 spots on the front (facing the radiator) one above the other, the above one is attached but the bottom part is open and im not sure what goes there and theres no hoses or anything around it...

There should only be one water port on the back side (toward the engine) and one water port on the front side (facing the radiator). The one on the back is the feed from the oil filter housing and the one on the front is the return back to the water crossover pipe attached to the block behind the turbo. There is a plug on the front underneath the coolant port that maybe you're missing. I'm not sure if it can be replaced, but I imagine it can. It's like a little freeze plug, I've never seen one come out or be replaced, but maybe someone else has..... ahhhhheemmmm.... Someone like... Justin.:sneaky:

Not sure how much that will help as you can't see behind the coolant line. I'll try to find another pic of an "unhooked up" 14b.

EDIT: Here follow the link to FP's site and check out the Evo III 16g. As described above there is a "freeze plug" style plug that covers the hole I/we think you're talking about.
