Anyone familiar with these lights?

Those look really cool. I think i have seen a pair like those on andys auto sports. You might check out their website and see if you can find any feedback on them. They usually have a good amount of info.

They looke vaagely familliar to the ebay style headlights//Which they could even be..

I have seen pics of wires melting, with the use of ebay headlights...

So it may be hit or miss..Or Just miss..Your call..

Yes 97-99 only..Unless you want to swap bumpers too..But the 2gb bumper is sexier anyway..

Agreed 2gb is where it's at.:thumb: I'm debating about getting those same lights foy my car because the stock ones are having sealing issues. :banghead:

That's true for the eclipse, but i was under the impression that all talons used the 95-6 style eclipse lights?
And not to worry, whenever i get around to ordering/installing these bad boys, I'm swapping to another 2gb talon bumper, without the foot long crack in the middle. :thumb:

:ohdamn: Yeah you're right. I skimmed quickly and saw 97 didn't pay attention to Talon. Yeah in that case it's the right ones (you need the 95-96). I'm so used to buying Eclipse parts...it shows LOL

On the flip side though, you can still use the 97-99 headlights with a small gap. It enables you to get more cold air in towards the intake. http://www.dsmtuners.com/gallery/files/6/4/0/6/1/engine_bay_april_23_2011.jpg

I have almost the same set but mine are chrome. But honeslty for that price, on ebay i got my set with 6000k hid kit. Have had them for about two years with not one problem. If you want a link to where i bought mine, i can try and dig it up.

I have a pair of these along with 8k HIDs, they've held up so far, held a seal, havent pealed, the halo's still work fine, wired them to my running lights but i dont use them that much.

Went ahead and ordered a set of the 95-96 ones. Don't figure i need the extra airflow to my N/A. I'll definitely post before and after pics of the bumper swap and everything when they come in. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Edit: On the topic of the bumper, i'm planning on rattle-canning the bumper white to match before i put it on, as a temporary thing until a friend can get it in to autobody class and fix the rust and paint the whole car. Should i lay down a coat of the flexible bumper black first, to keep it from spider webbing, or will the white do it even with the flex underneath?

There's a similar set that's on my car. I like the look of them, but they do have a tendency to condensate, and the fitment is ok, but not the best. But they are ok...

A bead of silicone where the lens meets the housing will fix that. :thumb:

The lights came in yesterday, look good, appeared to be sealed well, but an extra bead of silicone never hurt anyone. Installed them tonight but a downpour started with 2 bolts to go, and my trouble light threw sparks and called it quits, so i'll have an after picture in the morning.
