Anyone ever get busted for having no cat??

Just wondering if anyone has ever gotten busted from the police for having no cat. If so how much was the fine??

5 over, unless I'm pissed or in a huge rush.

Speeding tickets in this town are $10 for every 1MPH over the limit, and $20 for every 1MPH over in construction and school zones.

hmmmm really? i think around here its $75 for anything up to 15 over, and then like $90 or $100 for somthing for over that... 5 mph over is just to slow for me tho!!!

I was going 176 (Km/h) once ,pulled over right away when I saw the cop , did'nt even see the lights , just pulled over right away , waited for like 5 min , no cop , So I just got away I guess

Oh I got a ticket of 128 $ ( cdn , less then 100$ US) going 155 in a 100 zone . tickets here are a joke if your a minor , I would heave lost My license if I hadn't went to court to contest it , I won because The guy said my car was blue on the police report ... it's really grey .......the po po must have been smoking weed when he pulled me over , no that it's decriminalised , you just get a fine If your caught with over like 30 grams....

could you guys bash on cops a little bit more?? when you are being mugged you are going to call who? the cops

but until you need them they are just people who give out tickets...dont break the law, dont get a ticket, how hard is taht to understand?

Well, i could call the ghostbusters... . there is a difference between saving lives, recovering stolen property, and busting my ass for going 10 over. i think they should worry about bigger things then someone going a little over the speed limit.

The front license plate issue usually only comes up with staters cause they acually use the license plate on the front of your car as a reflector for their lazer detectors. Thats why it is illegal to have your plates covered at all( ie; tinted or just clear plastic covers). Its not really that they need to see what your number is from caming at you. I wonder if they would be happy with like a small reflective sticker on the front of your car for that purpose, so we who havent had to drill holes into our bumpers yet still dont have too.

emissions check...yep at inspection & some cops have little hand held ones they carry with them (####ers)
Exhaust sound...yep they ticket you for that too
tint check.....yep they carry a gauge they put on your window for that one too (and they don't let you clean you window first a friend got a ticket with factory tint)
Blackouts...ticket
driving with fogs for no reason.... seen that one too (blinding other drivers )
front license plate...yep it helps their radar guns and they ticket for it
swerving...hell yeah you get a ticket if you don't share your beer with them


Basically the cops here suck donkey balls.

i know the cops here in ny are pretty much the same way with the exception for a few.. mostly the ones that require them to carry things around with them. They judge by eye (and ear :-/) most of the time and we all know how accurate that is.

shockingly we dont have them ticketing for the fogs thing and even more shocking is the abundance of people driving around at night with just parking lights on
