Any Shops in Minnesota that deal with turbo motors??? need some guidence

Im rebuilding my short block in my 1996 eclipse and need some guidence about machine work on the block and crank. My car spun a bearing and I need to get the crank turned .10 to .20 and have the block gone through. Im just looking for a stock rebuild for the old girl but would like a shop that does imports to lead me into purchasing parts that are bulletproof for a stock rebuild. Anyone know a shop in Minnesota??????

They are a vendor/shop on here and they definitely know turbo motors. One of their shop cars is a 4g63 powered FD (Mazda RX7) that runs low 9's. They appropriately call it the "FDSM".
