Any one using these 2g "Incline" Upper&Lower intercooler pipes?

I did the buy it now on the 7th of this month and still have not got them. I emailed and he said he just got the metal in on tuesday and he would make and paint red and then ship the piping out. If i dont have shipping info by the 21st im asking for my money back and reporting to ebay.. It says 2-3 day's shipping, my ass.

someone else posted about these upper pipes they look nice and all but too many couplers..more chances for a leak. if you do another search for upper intercooler pipes on ebay theres a bootleg greddy kit..looks exactly like the greddy, which is what i have..except they only want like 100 or so..and the ones they sell are chrome! some nice bling for under the hood..check those out ### i would def get those if i had to do it over..

I don't know about a 2g but on a 1g there fitment isn't the best.

That worries me a bit, my Transaction for Ordering was cleared today, so hopefully this guy can keep his part.
And about the couplers leaking, im sure its not that big of a deal right?
I thought these intercooler pipes looked better then the fake greddy pipes.
also just wondering if i will be boosting anymore? my motor is stock and when these pipes come in i also have a 1gbov to put on it.

Another thing the guys with the fake greddy pipes, did they change the sound of your car at all?

Although i have not yet gotten my intercooler piping I have heard it on my friends stock eclipse and it sounds different. if you want a big difference in sound get an intake. When I put my 3 inch dejon tool intake on my bov hit alot louder and the car just sounds better. Exhaust got louder but im not happy about that..

Ok so they finally came in today much to my suprise. I did order them red but they came spray painted blue. However they are good quality and they use the same couplers i have on my dejon intake that came with it.. So overall I rate incline design 7/10 for taking so long to ship and for sending me the wrong color.. Nothing I cant fix but still.

I bought them and promptly sold them as soon as I received them without even testing them. The ad says to specify what color you want the pipes to be painted (I specified black) but they use Henry Ford's motto and only make one color, BLUE. The couplers are heavy duty truck radiator hose with worm gear hose clamps and the ends of the pies are not beaded. The BOV flange also has bolts welded facing upwards instead of holes for bolts and they were welded on very crooked and it was VERY difficult to fit the Greddy on there (only thing I did try). Even if you bend them they do not supply the nuts to go with the bolts.

Cliffs Notes: A prime example of you get what you pay for and do not cheap out for ebay
parts.

So has anyone installed these pipes yet? The guy I sold mine to says they will not fit and is a little upset to say the least.

I have installed the lower pipe's but I have yet to tackle to upper.. The lower went on easy just need to tighten that some bi*** good :). It definately made me spool alot faster not having that huge thing next to my sidemount eating my boost. Don't ask me what it was but it was huge. I dont have a garage and its real cold so whenever it gets warm i'm going to put the upper one on. I'll take pictures when i'm done.

buy the knock off Greddy!!!! the incline pipes look nothing like the ones in the picture. The paint is real cheap and it doesn't fit. (2g) I should have bought the greddy one myself.

I had a similar experience. I ordered the black incline pipe set, and it came blue with the wrong BOV flange. I returned it and they sent me something that was black with the right flange, but it wouldn't fit as a bolt-on. I got pissed and got the Dejon pipeset which I just installed last night. Went on like a glove. Sounds like Incline sells garbage to me.

I'm hearing more and more complaints about the the incline stuff.
I recently got the greddy knock off pipes and they work great. good fit (tight though).

The welds aren't very good but they do.

Are these the one's you are talking about?

I'm not sure what the Greddy pipes look like....

Woah, flashback! This thread is nearly 3 years old man :ohdamn:

True.... But it was the only site that came up in the search that pertained to my question. I have a car that I'm looking for intercooler piping for, and I don't really want to spend $300+ for the parts. If anyone has tried these pipes from eBay (posted above), I'd love to hear what they think. :thumb: My guy that's building the car says he saw some made by Apex'i for $175, but I can't find them.

That's not a greddy-style kit, but definitely pretty close. This kit does away with the sharp-turn elbow and blends it into the UICP and it appears to come with an HKS flange, from the pics.
Anyways, that kit should do you just as well as the greddy - knockoff kit. But did the picture include enough couplers? I only saw two, I think..but I've been drinking tonight :shhh:
