I already searched, and read some articles, but the newest ones I read someone from RNR said they were making improvements. I was just wondering if anyone has bought from them very recently. How was the exhaust. I was going with the 3" SS 02 eliminator, 1g AWD turbo back w/ external dump to be exact. Any comments are well appreciated.

Pretty sure this thread is gonna get closed, I don't think threads like this are allowed. I just ordered from RnR, they were willing to work with my unique situation and they are one of the only companies I could find that would ship a full exhaust system here. So hopefully it comes out great!

While the product is decent... the customer service sticks. They usually take forever to send out products and tend to BS when it comes to shipping days and tracking numbers. THere have been plenty of issues with RNR, mine just ended mid December.

I waited almost 2 months for a Turbo-Back S.S. 3" system after being told it would be out within a week, then in 3 weeks, then it shipped (Invalid Tracking number), then it shipped again and finally after getting on their case did I receive it.

So is it worth the wait? Can you Order and forget?

It just depends on how soon you need it.

Good luck!

You will find plenty of info on RNR and some recent stuff. I am about to post my complaint now.

i ordered mine aroun dec 07.... it took about a month and 1 week to get here, i was surprised because i was reading that people have ordered since november and still havnt gotten theirs. Quality was preety good, a few bents at the pipe ends but nothing to worry about, only thing was the shipping box, it worked for what was needed but it couldve been alot better. just my .02.

Just installed mine a while back. It took me about 6 weeks to get it here (1G AWD, stainless steel O2 eliminator turbo back, full 3", recirc. wastegate, high flow cat) and I couldn't be happier.

Installation was a SNAP, it required NO hanger adjustment or any other kind of modification. Car runs GREAT with it installed (when it doesn't pull timing due to phantom knock, different problem), it is loud, but has a mellowness to it so it sounds racey not ricey.

It is squeaking against and occasionally banging against the rear subframe where it crosses under by the rear end (for AWDs), but that started only after several full heat cycles and I believe that will be easily solved by simply loosening a clamp, pulling down on the exhaust, and re-tightening the clamp. Worst case scenario I wrap it in DEI thermal wrap right there to keep it quiet.

The appearance is very lo-pro. It takes a second glance to even notice that the muffler isn't stock even with the 4" N1 style tip (though the actual outlet is still 3") and I'm not concerning myself with keeping the muffler shiny, you can't really see it past the bumper and shiny cans attract cops like a Krispy Kreme.

All-in-all, I'm very satisfied.

I just received my RNR 1G AWD 2.5" downpipe. It only too 1.5 weeks from date of order and I am in Canada. Another bonus is that they had a special on the downpipes so I ordered the less expensive non-stainless downpipe. Well they ended up shipping me a 304 stainless steel downpipe. :D While the quality isn't quite as nice as the Apex GT downpipe on my Eclipse for the money it will surely serve its purpose and the welds are good. Chalk me up as another satisfied customer. :thumb:
