any ideas for removing internal wastegate

I was wondering how you guys get your wastgate flapper out when you swap to the o2 housing wastegate.
 
Use either a die grinder (best), or a dremel with a cut off wheel (may take you longer). When you're done, you can use the die grinder again, with a tungsten carbide bit, to port the hole out a little.

I took a drill bit to the shaft that connects to the flapper, i drilled it in half. Then just gave it a little pop with a screwdriver and hammer. I slid the shaft out and took it to a place to weld the little whole shut.

And port the living crap out of your wastegate whole. Heres some pics of mine.
