I am going to say no to the seafoam, b/c I am not sure what that is. As far as maint. I just changed all the fluids, plugs and wires about a month ago.
I have been trying to run this electrical problem down for a week but I just can't seem to find it. I know there has to be a short somewhere be cause it happens at random times.
The car runs good til my tach starts jumping around then I get the misfire code. While the tach is acting up it goes to 0 then whenever I press the clutch pedal it jumps up til I release it again then back to 0.
It is really weird. Any help would be great. I have posted a couple threads on the forums but I can't get anyone to chime in.
Ah. Well to clarify, Seafoam is a petroleum-based treatment used to clean out and remove built up deposits and gunk in your motor [intake, valves, etc.] and even your fuel system.
If you think that it's a short, you should test for continuity at each sensor/component's plug or harness.
Other things to consider [some of which you have already accomplished]:
-ECU
-PTU
-CAS
-CPS
-coilpack
-plugs
-wires
-boost/vacuum leaks
I'll post more when i get home.

. For everyone else to see:

I had a feeling that it could have been related to your methanol injection! I also totally forgot about the chip that's burned for a certain injector size
You're able to datalog, correct? The best way to decide if your current fuel setup is adequate is if your IDC [Injector Duty Cycles] are around 80% at WOT full-boost. Pushing them to 90-100 is maxing them out and anything over is just overheating/loading them. Your methanol injection is really helping you out [I wish I had water/alcohol injection... =/ ]
He also has an awesome kid and wife haha.
