If I were to ever get a stroker motor it would have to be a pre prepped one from like ams or buschur or maperformance using all new parts. But than again you don't have to stroke your motor to be reliable man.
 
Yeah he has a point so unless the dsm world hates you, I'm pretty sure you can get a 2.0 that's reliable

the load actually is mostly placed on the pistons, hence why standard wisecos tend to crack at the wrist pins. as the combustion cycle still happens at 5* btdc ish.

but yes if you are building a stroker then upgrade the rods. eagles are fine and get a decent set of pistons like ross, wiseco hd, or arias manleys are pretty good too.

In my opinion when it comes to building a motor dont short change it.

Tonight I'm thinking that I'm going to raise my nerd/geek status up quite a bit. Going to Crazy Fred's for a MTG tourney, so yeah.

and if i have to rebuild everything including a new crank the cost of building a stroker isnt a whole lot more than keeping it 2.0
 
Yeah, MTG is Magic The Gathering, its not as bad as it sounds if you realize that there are some people there with NO lives, and your just there to pass the time and hope to get some money.

Well my girl just got a job, so will possibly be moving up to san marcos in Jan time frame. yay for living inland and not by the beach and everything else... will certainly make meets a little more difficult....
 
So I go and look at this apartment and its exactly what I want.

To top it off, the girl that was showing us around noticed that I'm wearing my MOD shirt and was like "oh my husband is a mitsu Guy too. He loves his 1g to death." I was stunned and asked if she was referring to an eclipse and she said yeah, he likes the 2g also but only has the 1g for right now

Man that dude has a keeper if she can say that like its nothing

It is red and black I will put up pick soon. It is AWD and clean as hell inside and out. I got it for $500. Yes $500 people are sleeping at the auction, I havent picked it up yet so more to come soon:thumb:

Mike you don't know what you're talking about. Anyways it has 99 gsx rims on it painted black with a nice red lip. In the trunk of the car is a brand new head, a transfer case and a new axle. This car sounds like a monster and purrs like a kitten . I can't wait to get it home. The interior look so good even the headliner is there. And yes if anybody is interested in it I am selling it.
 
So it does have red calipers in the rear then?
