Any chance a Wilwood 3000GT VR-4/Stealth brake kit fit on my 2g GSX?

My friend has a Wilwood 6-piston big brake kit that he doesn't need and will sell to me for cheap. I know that it's anything but a bolt on job to swap stock VR-4 brakes into a DSM, but just making sure, is there any chance these would easily fit on my 2nd gen GSX?

Rotors won't go. GVR4's have a 4-lug pattern.

I'm not saying a Galant VR-4 brake kit, but a 3000GT VR-4/Stealth TT brake kit.

In short, no.

The only 'easy' way to bolt these on is if Wilwood has a bracket for these calipers that is designed for a DSM or an N/A 3000GT, otherwise it is a moderate amount of design and fabrication work to bolt them on.

does anyone know if a 1g powerslot big rotor kit will fit on a 2g? I don't know why it wouldn't, but there are 2 different part numbers

There are a few guys who have fitted Z16 VR4 big brakes onto their 1G's on this forum. From what I gathered, you need to design your own brackets out of fresh steel stock to fit them. I've read some reports of spongy brake pedals, too, so a brake master cylinder swap may be necessary (I'll be exploring this possiblity sometime in the future). One of the members posted the blueprint for these brackets, you can probably take these to a machine shop and have them cut you a pair. Do a search for "budget big brake upgrade", and you'll find out all you need to know.

Depending upon the exact parts in use, I might be able to work those parts over to the 2G spindle for you. I'd need a pic at least of some of the parts you have or for you to send them to me for adaptation work.
