anti-seize on everything?

My car is in total pieces right now and i'm starting to put it back together. A guy at work said when he rebuilds whips EVERY (and he meant every) nut and bolt has copper anti-sieze on them, body and motor. Since I snapped almost every 10mm bolt taking my car apart (damn canadian winters) I'm thinking this is a good ideer. Anyone want to chime in with pros or cons? Thanks

Before I put any bolts back in with rust on them I take them to a wire wheel and knock all the rust off. Then I paint them with a brush with neverseize on it. I use the silver colored type though, not the copper type. I swear by this stuff as I want my car to go together/come apart smoothly. I have not had any problems with bolts backing out or coming loose to this day. A great invention in my opinion.

Good idea, BUT there are a few nuts and bolts (very few) that need some loctite. I'm not sure where exactly though. Basically stuff you DON'T want to come apart for a long-ass time and wont be replacing (like a bolt on my B&M shifter.
