You obviously don't know "rice". That adds thrust to help propel the car down the road/track. As stated, here in Houston, I see 10 of them before I get out of my subdivision.

The only thing I saw in this town was a Geo Storm with muffler and a huge Pepboys wing on it. The guy pulled up next to me and reved his engine, I was like WTF.
