This is in the realm of if you have to ask, then you probably shouldnt attempt it. It can be done as with anything with enough time and money. If you are asking if it can just bolt in then no.
 
not a straight transplant, but why would you want to?
The 4g63 is hailed as one of the best I4's ever built. yours being a 6 bolt can handle 450hp for an extended period of time on the stock block..
You don't want an srt-4 engine. just be good to the one you have.

Edit: :ohdamn: sorry man.. you have a 420a.. guess I didn't look.
I glanced at the first posters 91 laser rs. my fault.
 
It can be done but, I think the SRT has a backwards head. Would have to keep your head or come up with an inventive way to route your exhaust and have the intake mani on the frontside.
