Annoying doors

Before I bought my car it had been stripped down and repainted. Both of my doors start to close on their own if you are on the slightest slant, and always hit me in the legs or the ass and its annoying. I've adjusted the black square looking thing with two big torx screws so that they close and line up with the car, but I'm not sure where to start to keep them from hitting me. Can I simply regrease and readjust something or do I need some new hinges?

Mine to the same thing, nothing more annoying that getting in, and trying to open the passanger door(no power locks yet) and getting the door in the leg.

Replace the door checks (black things with a groove on top and bottom).
