Am I missing the A/C Tensioner Bracket/Pulley?

Hey guys,
In my quest of getting A/C back in this car, I went to put the A/C belt on, and realized that I definitely think I am missing the A/c tensioner pulley, not sure if you can see in this picture. If it is this part I'm missing, I wanted to check and see if it is interchangeable with all 2G turbo models, or if it is 6 or 7 bolt dependent?
