am i installing this turbo correctly?

just wanted to make sure before i go an further. i have a 16g turbo and i wanted to know if its okay for me to put the hose in the blue circle on the lower red circle for the coolant line or does it have to go on the upper red circle?

it does! thank you!! just one question is the coolant hose or screw in the back of the turbo go to the lower one?.. i think i see it going to the lower 1 in your pic, just asking to verify
