Alternator relocation to AC mount?

I did an AC delete, and I believe someone mentioned that you can relocate the Alt to where the ac compressor was. Is this just a matter of bolting the alt on the ac bracket, or is this more involved?

I had to make a bracket for the lower mount and the upper mount. It was done similar to the Jay racing lower mount but the upper mount is solid and the adjustment is the A/C bracket tensioner. The problem this causes doing it this way is you loose a way to tension the water pump pulley. That's why I have the pulley in the old alternator location.
