Ok so normal cruising, alternator works, but hard launch wot 7500rpm , the alternator voltage regulator blows and need to fix the alternator again.

I haven an oem alternator

does anyone has this issue before?

maybe you got a bad regulator?
Of course we know that the regulator is bad, but I have replaced the regulator 3 times, the alternator charges while cruising but once I do a launch wide open throttle full boost power the alternator doesn't not charge again..... so the regulator is bad again. So what could be happening? that's not normal to keep blowing a regulator while driving hard.

This is a common issue with upgraded fuel pumps larger than 255lph running at elevated pressures and high flow volume. Sometimes, the fuel pump is going bad and drawing too much current, sometimes the alternator is just of poor quality.

The regulator is the usual failure point of any alternator when the current draw is more than the alternator's maximum output for more than a brief moment.

In recent years, almost all mass produced aftermarket alternators have been equipped with very poor quality voltage regulators, even the ones the Mitsu dealer will happily sell you for double the price of the same unit at a big chain parts store. Just because you bought it at the dealer does not mean it is an oem quality part. They usually have a very discreet entrance for the Autozone delivery driver to bring the parts in through.

Sorry i meant maybe you got a bad one from factory not that it is blown currently. I didn’t realize you replaced it three times.
