Dose the 97 N/t and turbos use the same alternators?

Pretty sure it's different. It is a different motor after all. Just call the auto parts store.

when i searched the advance auto parts store online both the n/t and turbo has the same alternators and stock #'s

They are different, but you can use one off of a 95 galant. It has the same plug in and mounting points and it is higher amps.

That says it fits non turbo, not turbo cars.
