Alternator Light

My alternator light stays on. The alternator is good. I replaced it and had it tested on and off the car. The battery was also tested on and off the car. All my fuses are new and the relay works as well. ????

What does the "light" look like? When the alternator is going bad three lights come on, not just one

Check the 80 or 100 amp ALT fuse in the under-hood fuse box . . .

its the light that looks like an alternator next to the battery light. all my fuses are fine i replaced them all.

Use a 12v. test light & check to see if you have juice at the charging wire lug on the back of the alt. If no juice there, you`re not charging, & hence the alt.light on the dash. If you do have power at the lug, & the system is charging (13.4 - 14.6 volts with the lights & a/c. on), The diode inside the alternator may be failing.
