Wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I appear to have found another source for OEM 1Gb cam sensors.
Mitsubishi has discontinued MD184529, the cam sensor that came on 93-94 DSMs, and the Evolution III.
It seems Cardone bought a run of these from Mitsubishi Electric, and is selling them as 84-S4400.
I could get it shipped in special order by a local part store for about $180.
