Alright trans is out, converter is in...one question..

I have the trans out of my 2g gsx and my new converter in the tranny, i belive its a 1g tq converter so i guess i need a 1g flexplate (either way i need a new flexplate, stock one is a ball of shredded metal) is there a good aftermarket strong flexplate i can purchase or is a stock 1g flexplate good enough for 400-500whp? thanks alot
