All lights come on when I flash my hi-beams

I seem to remember that when I flashed my hi beams with my headlights turned off, that ONLY the hi beams would flash as long as I pulled back the switch. Now whenever I flash my hi beams, my fog lights, low beam headlights and orange parking lights flash with it. How is it supposed to be normally? I thought when you flash someone only the hi beams come on?

With my projectors, they all stay on. I don't know what is up with the orange lights flashing too.
