I have gotten my GSX back together. Replaced the block. But the block is not the problem. I have everything in my clutch system stock, from the rubber clutch pedal boot to the flywheel. I have replaced the slave cylinder with a new one and replaced the t/o bearing with a new one from Advance Auto Parts (probley not a good idea). I do not know how to adjust the clutch master cylinder rod, never had to do it before. But the problem is that when the engine is running and I try to put in into gear all it does is grind, and doesn't allow it to slip into gear. I put it up on jack stands to take all 4 wheels off the ground and started the car WITH the tranny in 1st gear. With the clutch fully depressed the wheels have a very slow creap to them. I have blead probley 2 master cylinders worth of fluid (DOT 3 brake fluid) through the whole system. I am probly going to do a gravity blead for like 2 hours tomorrow. I hope that explains and gives you enough info to diagnosis the problem. Thanks Dan

Definately do the gravity bleed before anything. Im not sure how to adjust the rod on your master cylinder since you have a 1g. Ive only messed around with a 90 a few times and it was weird.

Im really thinking you may have put the TOB on backwards or the retaining clip on wrong, is that a possibility?

Something could be wrong with the t/o bearing b/c the clip that held it on wasn't fitting right and I sort-of made it work for the time being.
