Air in Brake Lines...

I'm having issues with air in the brake lines.... Ive bleed my brakes at least 5 times now, and when I finish bleeding the last side, I go back to check the first one, and I have air bubbles. What gives???

The procedure I follow is from the FSM. Have car running, and bleed in the following order, RR,LF,LR,RF Till there is NO air bubbles. Then back to RR just to check, and I have air in all the lines.

Recent mods to brake system, I did the ABS Delete, new SS Lines, and new rotors and pads... Ive tighten all the lines, and double checked. I don't see any fluids leaking from any line connections...

Where else can air enter the brake system?

Try investing into "speed bleeders" they don't allow air back into the lines and makes the bleed job much easier. I would assume that either air is going back into the lines from either the threads on the nipples or from the brake resivore.

The air is most likely entering through the bleeder's threads. You can take the bleeder out and put some teflon tape or some grease on the threads to seal them up while bleeding. The brakes are probably bled just fine, although they will still appear to be putting out a good bit of bubbles with this condition.

I have had better luck bleeding with the engine off,i always get some one to help me.Full up the cup open up all the bleeders and let it gravity bleed for a few minutes,then have someone push the pedal down and hold it down,then close all the nipples.And start with the caliper furthest from the master cylinder.
