Air filter sag

I have a K&N fipk filter with a dejon intake pipe and the filter just rests where the stock air box used to be. At the right rpm my filter rattles against the car and its surprisingly loud! How do you guys deal with the sagging? Any suggestions on what I can use to pad either the car or the filter?

You'll get cooler temps and it'll keep the filter in place and avoid rattling.

There should be a L shaped bracket going from the threaded rod coming out of the filter down to a bolt hole on the car to hold it steady.

Ya the dejon pipe is too long for that

hmmmm... Are you sure there is nothing else going on??? cus I don't have that problem and my filter isn't being tied down at all.... One thing I cound thing that its causing your WHOLE intake to move around are worn out motor mounts; or loose clamps.

Ya I think I have something goin on. My idle is around 500 which causes some weird shaking. I think I might have a boost leak or bad o2 sensor.

Ya the dejon pipe is too long for that

Make a bracket with a longer L portion on it that will fit then. I had to with my Injen cause it was to long too.
