When the car is running, there are a few dash warning lights that come on, you cant see them in the day because they are really really dim. Sometimes they slightly flicker. Ill get a picture when it gets dark if needed. Is it something to due to the swap or my alternator going out?

I would check the battery terminals first, make sure they are clean and tight, also check body grounds than I would look at the harness and plug going to the alternator, if all is good have the alternator tested.

did the above everything is fine.. Today i noticed something new, when the engine revs up the warning lights dim even more, and at idle they go back to doing what i described above. and when i turn the fans or high beams on the idle drops by 200-350. The battery is brand new by the way.. so the alternator is shot?

its the battery light, the coolant level light, and the e-brake light that are doing it.

Definitely check your alternator with a voltmeter at the B+ terminal to confirm it’s good. Recently had mine go bad on a drive and I couldn’t tell till my wideband gauge started reading leaner and leaner till it said batt and I knew right away it was gonna die in a couple mins if I didn’t pull off to a parking lot
