I am having trouble tuning my DSM with my SAFC2 to have a stable AFR on idle/ low throttle. I read that I should be at around a 14.7 range on my wideband but what I noticed is I was in the 15.5-16 lean range at idle. I have 650 injectors and an EVO 8 fuel pump with a aem FPR set at 41lbs, a FMIC and an evo3 16g. My low 1k was set to +4 and so I upped it to +16 (which seems high) to get it into range 14.4-15.4 but now when I blip rev the car gently or drive it it initially reads rich ie 12.0 and then it slowly comes back into normal range after 4-5 seconds. It seems like it is too rich at 1st but then it gets back into range slowly. (Btw I also have stage 2 Comp cams. At this point I'm not sure if I should tune leaner or leave it where it is..(Its time for DSM Link!!) Any thoughts?? Is this normal??
