Cars got 220,000 kms. I just saw one guy suggest changing the Fuel Pressure Regulator if your car is 5 years or older. Is that correct? And, is an AFPR good to install if you have stock fuel components? Would it hurt anything or just allow me to tune slightly?

i never heard of that... if thats true then we would all have to replace them... i have never heard that.
 
if your runnign a stock pump and injectors i wouldnt worry abotu it. you shoudl be ok with the stocker.

youll only really need one once oyu upgrade the fuel pump and injectors to tune the flow in
